Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn fashion items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing envelope.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items at our Vermont facility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
